Signal was strong. We didn’t encounter any signal issues.

So responsive and communicative and the WIFI was always seamless and available! Great value for money as well.

It worked great very reliable
Go for it, it is a must

This is my second experience with Japan Wireless WiFi. Both times I rented premium WiFi. Both times were seamless. Easy pickup, easy drop-off, and the WiFi worked excellent. I highly recommend getting a WiFi or SIM/eSIM if you visit Japan. It makes traveling the country much easier!

Used it for about one week. It worked fine except for one crowded place when it was really slow. Tech support was prompt. Having a power bank and the compact, light weight WiFi device are great conveniences! Would definitely get it again for future visits.

The portable wifi was very convenient and easy use. Always use it every time we go to Japan and will definitely use it when we come back. Thank you for the easy process!

Wifi worked flawless , we have used Japan wireless multiple times and have had a good experience each time .

No problem at all for delivery and usage

Convenient to pick up, very easy to use, and it was essential for a 3-week trip. Highly recommended!

Really easy to use, long lasting battery. Pretty fast most of the time had 4g LTE
