I have utilized Japan Wireless on multiple visits to Japan. I always reserved the pocket WiFi in advance making pick up simple and easy (it takes less than one minute to verify my reservation information) at the airport counter and I’m off!

Once my devices are linked, the included portable battery ensures a full day of internet use!

Before I depart at the end of my vacation, I just pack everything into the pre labeled postal envelope and drop it into the mailbox at the airport.

So simple, easy, and reliable from start to finish. I will continue to use it on all my future visits and highly recommend others to do so as well!

Worked very well throughout my trip; very few coverage dropouts. And the hotspot device pretty much lasts a whole day on a single charge so I didn’t have to use the backup battery that much. Great choice!

Great service, seamless process and excellent signal

Very good product to ensure we had wifi data during our trip. We found the whole hire process easy from prebooking. Good communication to find the pick up piont. the unit was easy to use and recharge (once per day) or with the portable battery pack including in the hire. Made it easy when going from accomodation to accomodation and vehicle to vehicle. Saved using overseas moblie data during our 6 week trip through Japan.

Getting the wifi from the airport was super easy process. The staff was really friendly and they spoke English. The wifi box had good service and battery life throughout the day. I had three phones hooked up the whole time and the battery last a long while, but would die around the evening time. I had to call customer service once but they helped me right away.The return process was easy dropped it off at the airport mail and received a notice the next day that they got it.

Never runout of connections easy to use and great for travel.

Everything worked perfectly. Absolutely will use again!

Overall very good, fast and good signal aside from 2 areas where the signal kept dropping but those areas were a little more rural. Only downside is that the power bank that the WiFi came with didn't work and neither did the cable. Luckily we had our own.

I ordered in the uk, it was waiting for me at the hotel, made our stay in Japan so much easier and so simple to post back at the airport
