Wireless hotspot was fast and very dependable. Will subscribe again next trip!

Speedy, truly worry free data. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful when it turned out the destination (hostel) was deserted.
No caps as far as i could see, this was a different story for all the sims I tried a few years ago. 20GB in 14 days. No problems.
Best deal I could find too.

Very reliable and reasonable price!

Easy to order. The package was at my hotel before me and it was used for two weeks without any problems.. However, having not used one before, I didn’t set it up for the first two days in Tokyo and it could have saved me lots of money if I had. Operator error not device. Everything provided to be able to send back from hotel.

Always enjoyed your services and products. Thank you.

Excellent service, sim arrived at our hotel as requested, stable and fast service right across Japan.

Convenient pick up locations at major airports is the best and important for foreign travelers. Great instructions about how to return the wifi.

Excellent product, worked exactly as advertised, would definitely use this service again. And especially liked the extra battery back up.

Found it very easy to navigate Japan with wifi. I will return.

Very happy with the overall service and coverage while visiting Okinawa. Definitely recommend.
