Process to order was so easy. Have used the pocket wifi before and was great when travelling around Japan. It was waiting at the hotel when we arrived & dropped it back at the airport was easy.

Japan Wireless Service is very convenient for foreign travelers. Pick up pocket Wi-Fi at the airport postal service and drop off at post box before you enter for security check in at airport. Very easy to use and reasonable priced. Will recommend to family and friends.

We rented the Wifi wireless dongle from Japan Wireless during our visit in Japan. The communication with the customer service was easy. The dongle was in great condition, also supplied with a powerbank and charger+cable. One thing to note was that this charger/cable was loose so we need to put some extra effort to make work.

We hired a pocket Wi-Fi service in Japan, when we arrived at our hotel we already had it in the room, it worked great in all the places in Japan we were in, north, south, east and west. I definitely recommend it

Fantastic service, punctuality and constant internet access. For me the best service for a pocket wifi in japan, I recommend it to everyone.
