Wifi service was excellent. Very easy to return wifi in envelope provided.
pick-up and drop off are as easy like last time. was able to rent even a day before our arrival; most rental shops don't allow last minute reservations.
efficient, organized, great price and very kind
It’s very stable and I have no issue with the setup. Will definitely buy it again for my next trip

This is the 3rd time using Japan Wireless. Never had a problem with my rental. Always consistent and reliable and will most likely continue to use the service going forward. Mahalo for once again!
Prompt service with zero problems.
My WiFi was ready for pick up when I landed in Narita, no wait at pick up, good connection.
