I have been using Japan Wireless for many years. Great service. The product always arrives on time, as promised. Never any issues. Speed of wifi is as you would expect. Highly recommended.

Great coverage. Device delivered to hotel. Easy return drop off at the airport.

Pocket wifi is a great alternative to esim.
The device from japan wireless worked great, its battery lasted for a full day when fully charged (so the extra powerbank provided was never needed) , never had a problem with its coverage and the speeds were adequate for casual usage. (social, streaming, browsing).
When service was down for about an hour we were swiftly informed by email.
Pickup and drop off was easy at the airport
All and all very satisfied with the service

I arrived to Tokyo , the sim arrived to my hotel on time.
All perfect.
I´d recommend this company.
Thanks for all.

Great coverage all over

Good coverage everywhere. Instructions how to set the sim are provided.

Thank you for the great service! The connection was good in all the places we've been. Tokyo-Niigata-Osaka-Kyoto-Nara. 'Til next time.

Outstanding service again! We have used Japan Wireless again would recommend to everyone travelling. Great product, easy pick up and drop off and works fantastically - even for a family of 4 using lots of data while travelling.

This was perfect for my two-week trip. The internet only went down briefly on the first day for less than an hour—and the company contacted me right after apologizing profusely. After that, the internet never went down again. The pocket wifi was fast, reliable, and stayed charged all day. I charged it overnight for everyday use. I would definitely get it again!

Very good service throughout the time we used your product. 100% recommendable.
