There are times when signal is lost but overall, good service.

My rental WiFi was waiting for me at my Tokyo hotel. The product was easy to use and did everything as advertised.
From ordering to returning, everything was excellent.

Picked up at NRT. The device worked immediately before we left the airport. Be aware that the trains go through a lot of tunnels. We had pretty good service on a five day mountain drive between Takayama and Nagano. The back up spare battery was a lifesaver for one of our phones. There is a post box right by the entrance to security on your way home.

The device worked well
