got the items complete and in good condition.

Pocket wifi works great. Great speed and connection except when we're up in the mountains. We'll definitely go back again next time we go back to Japan.

A must have for your trip in Japan. Extremely easy to book online, 5 mins to pick it up at Haneda airport and you send it back in a pre-paid enveloppe on departure. The wifi service is seamless even with 4 people using it at the same time. Highly recommended

Awesome product! It made my trip to Japan much easier. I was able to communicate with my family back home

Thanks so much for providing this service - the device worked perfectly and was very convenient.

Great service and delivery! Stable WiFi for all days and easy instructions.

We have been using Japan Wireless since 2016. Very dependable!

Easy to pick up, set up, and reliable, also very simple to return

Everything from ordering the pocket wifi to picking it up and returning it at Narita Airport, was perfect. It came with a pouch and battery charger. The service was outstanding every place we traveled to in Japan. We highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I was very impressed with the service. My flight was delayed and I missed my pick up. They very quickly changed the drop off location to my hotel that same day. In fact, the wireless hotspot was waiting for me when I checked in. Thank for making a stressful day a little easier.
