Worked perfectly well

It was very easy to reserve the device.

Excellent Service!
We are very happy with Japan Wireless!

Very good & resemble price ,
Reliable Internet.

Great service from pickup to drop off. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for us during our entire time in Japan. Was better than the hotel Wi-Fi.

Very good performance. Fast and easy to use

I love my pocket wifi

Device was delivered to our hotel even before arrived and it was ready to use when we got there. Setup is simple and battery life is good; full charge is more than enough for a long day. Return process is super easy just need to drop it off at the post box on the airport.

Japan Wireless mailed the pocket wifi to my hotel in advance. I also just need to drop the unit at a postal mailbox to return it. Service is very convenient and at a lower cost than picking up from an airport kiosk. The signal is good throughout our trip. The only slight problem is the mailbox at the departure area at Haneda Airport became full, almost exclusively for returning gadgets that it was difficult to squeeze my return envelope in.

Excellent Service, so convenient, received good reception during my stay in Japan, I would rate the service 5 stars.
