Never had an issue. Very good. Will Recommend.

Used this internet service for 10 days- no service interruption, the pickup at airport was very smooth, excellent service throughout . Will definitely use this service again

Great connection anywhere we go. Easy pickup and return. Very convenient to use. Will avail of their wifi again when we return.

Glad I got the wifi from J-wifi. Neve let me down wheen we visited Japan. Will definitely use this again.

This is the third time I rented from Japan Wireless. i never had any issues with the devices and I always stay connected while I was in Japan. It also comes with a charger and a portable battery. Pickup and dropoff is easy as well. Highly recommended

Our wifi kit was waiting for us at our hotel in Nagasaki on check-in. The device worked perfectly throughout our stay in Japan. I have used this service successfully during several recent stays in Japan.
Arigato gozaimasu!

Could not be easier to use nor easier to collect, pay for, and return.

Best thing to have done in Japan is getting a pocket wifi! Definitely recommend.

Online rental was easy to do. The package was delivered to my hotel before I checked in. It contained WiFi device, cord, dual USB plug and portable battery. I didn’t need the battery because the WiFi lasted all day. Return was easy at the airport. Would highly recommend.
