Just a fantastic little gadget. Seamless connectivity, excellent reception and a lifeline when traveling. Battery life was great, and the return in the prepaid envelope was easy.

We are very happy with the service. We didnt experience any problem with the connection. Thank you so much for the great service during our stay in Japan.

They made it so easy and it worked a treat. Thoroughly recommended!

Pocket Wifi worked great for the 1st week, then would not turn on one morning. Customer service was really good and they immediately sent a replacement which worked fine for the rest of our holiday. Would recomend.

Japan wireless was great. We had a hiccough when the unit stopped working, but a new one was shipped to our hotel within a day.
Thankyou Japan Wireless, such a great product.
