I purchase 4 sims for my family and I. What can I say they work. I had service on demand. There were a few spots in Akihabara where I had no service but it was a very small area. They say it unlimited wifi so far found it to be true. A travel buddy of mine purchased one a travel sim for a stand at the airport did not last. Japan-wireless has been my go to for 10 years now when I travel to Japan.

I ordered it 3 days before arriving in Tokyo, Japan. Easy instructions, I was connected through my trip. The battery pack was handy on my day trip Osaka. I would definitely rent again

Easy to pick up at the airport. Easy to activate. Reliable. Easy to return at the airport. No complaints.

So glad we got one of these! Easy to collect from the airport from a friendly staff member. Easy to connect to (can accept multiple users with a good range). Also comes with a back up power pack which we actually didn't really use, but good to know we had it (can also be used to recharge your phone with the correct connector). Very good connectivity even in the middle of nowhere. Fantastic all round. Highly recommended.

Works as advertised with only a few and minor hiccups. Overall a good deal.

This was my 2nd time using this service and it's simply the best!

The Wi-fi works well and able to keep 3 devices connected constantly without issues.
Battery tends to last the whole day, so just charging it at the end of the day is sufficient for a whole day's requirement.

Excellent service and will use again for sure.
