We have used the Japan-wireless premium wifi many times now and have found it to be fantastic. The coverage is excellent and the ability to pick up and drop off at the airport is so useful.

Easy to use and reliable. Everything worked according to plan. Don’t see Japan without it!

Picked up at airport post office on arrival. Easy to use and great coverage. Two users and always had wi fi. Would definitely use this service again on next visit to Japan.

Easy pick up and return. Glad that there was no limit on the data usage as we relied on our phone to find our way everywhere.

Japan Wireless was able to reroute my package twice after my flights were delayed and then cancelled. One less thing for me to worry about. Thanks Japan Wireless :)

wifi works good! Internet was fast! Battery lasts long!

I was pleased to have decided to rent a wifi pocket for my full month in Japan. Whatever I was - ie country side, mountain, big cities, on boats, on trains, etc - it works.
Nevetheless I met 2 problems : the plug adapter was not in the package and I had to buy one ; the second weeks, I bike a lot in the country side with it and it was dead-battery, a good explanation would need to be improved.

Perfect service, working everywhere
