It was a really good deal, and worked well—an absolute must if you are driving a car without GPS (or can’t figure it out ;-))
Slightly hard to find the pick-up area at Kansai, despite having printed the map diagram but it all worked out. Return was super easy.

Worked great no issues!

The wireless service was perfect for our family vacation. All members of the group were able to stay connected. The service was convenient and affordable. Instructions were easy to follow.

We used this service for 3 weeks, traveling many places in Japan, and we highly recommend using it. The process was smooth and easy from ordering and pickup to dropping off. The service performed well everywhere we went. It is an excellent value.

Worked great for my entire trip. Would definitely use it again.

The hotspot from Japan Wireless was so easy to order and use. After discovering I had data and phone access but no internet, I placed an order after arriving in Japan. It was delivered to my hotel the next day. I was connected throughout the entire trip. Drop off at the airport was extremely easy and convenient. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Easy website to enter all needed information and delivery request.
