I ordered 4 units, one for every member of my family. It served us all very well & was at my hotel when I arrived. Its connectivity was always fast, available & battery like of the units were surprisingly very long! Thank you
No issues from hotel delivery to connectivity. Instruction was easy to follow and connection was reliable. Will def use it again for my next trip to Japan :)
Great connection and service.

Good reception
We have used the wireless modem during our trip in Japan. The signal is very good. Thanks to Japan Wireless.
Pocket wifi worked great! Arrived at our hotel before we did and was super easy to return as well. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Placed my Wi-Fi order online was convenient. We received the package at our hotel upon arrival. The Wi-Fi was updated and easy to use. Mahalo!
True unlimited data! I loved it!
The wifi connection was great and they delivered straight to my hotel which was very convenient. The only issue was the battery life and it was a bit inconvenient to carry around.
