The Japan Wireless mobile hotspot worked great for my visit to Japan. Didn't have any major issues with it, and the portable charger supplied was definitely convenient. Would definitely use this again when I visit Japan.

I preordered the pocket wifi through Japan Wireless 3 days before my trip to Osaka, Japan. I requested to have it delivered to my hotel. When we checked into out hotel late Monday evening, the my wifi package was there ready for me. My family and I were pleased with the services we received from Japan Wireless. The pocket wifi came with carry on case, a battery charger,and a cord for charging the device. Plus a prepaid return packaging envelope. The wifi pocket charged lasted all day for our phones.
