The product worked very well for 4 of us to use. Connection was great almost all the time. The box sen to the hotel for pick up and drop off was done at the airport. When I contacted customer service with a query replies were quick and accurate.

Because our flight got in late, I had to ask Japan Wireless to have our units delivered to our hotel. When we checked in, our orders were there and we had no problem returning at the airport before departure. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again!

Was waiting for us at the hotel. Seamless reception wherever we went. Easy to return. Highly recommend

Reliable service and convenient claim and return process.

The wireless router works everywhere in Japan at a very decent speed.

Good and fast internet connection all the time during my three week trip to Japan.

We are a family of 4 and we used for 9 days. We got 2 devices.
