Everything went smooth from pick up to drop off. The wifi had a good battery even if we hah a power bank we rarerly had to use it. I would recommend this to others when travelling in Japan.

Signal and bandwidth was good in most places, and battery life was excellent

sometimes internet was bad, but i feel like it’s ok for any esim. it was easy to buy, easy to use, thank you

It was an easy process to order. Picked the package at the airport. It was easy to connect and use. After two days the speed reduced to less than 5mbps and after exchanging some emails with their support team they sent a replacement. It was a newer device that run smoothly with over 50mbps. Easy return policy at a post box. The return envelope was included in the package.

easy to buy and install.
highly recommended

Japan Wireless was so seamless! They made it so easy to reserve the pocket wifi, pick and and return! The pocket wifi worked perfectly.

Excellent coverage thank you

I have used this on 5 trips to Tokyo and always has been an amazing experience with this. Works perfect wherever I go. I Have picked it at the Airport and also delivered to the hotel, always 100% reliable. Great product and excellent service.

Very reliable easy to install!

I’ll say just what really matters; it works, it’s easy to install and the price is fair.
