Easy to get easy to return and must things to have while we are in Japan Trip

From order to return, no problems. Product as good as it gets.

いつもこの会社から借りますが、今回も問題なく使えました。ホテルまで送ってもらえるのでエアポートでの待ち時間がなくて楽です。
是非、次回も借ります！😊

I have been consistently using pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan from New York. It’s shipped to the designated address on time and returning is very easy (return envelop is provided along with the instructions). Wi-Fi works well and very small and light to carry around. It works perfectly even on subway trains. Japan Wireless also provides extra battery, which is great. I will definitely rent this again.
