Spent 3 weeks in Japan and we had good fast wi-fi everywhere we went. Easy coolection at Haneda airport. Clear instructions, great battery life. Post it back in envelop after check in. Recommend it.

Me funcionó perfecto en toda mi estadía en Japón, me duraba justo el día completo, lo cargaba en la noche y al siguiente día estaba listo para otra aventura. Lo recomiendo ampliamente si no cuentas con celular compatible con e-Sim

we arrived and the pocket wifi was already waiting for us at the hotel, everything was great! always conected

Easy pick up and return. Great and fast wifi. Will definitely use again when visiting Japan.

2nd time to use Japan wireless picket wifi. Strong signal regardless of location. Never had issues. 4 mobile phones connected.

Very easy to order and use. Not problems whatsoever, would use again

Since I’ve been your regular customer since last year I never had problems with your Wifi. I’ll definitely rely on your service on my next trip to Japan in December this year. Thank you!

I really find this gadget a lifesaver that kept me connected whilst on the go. The battery lasted normally 8 hours before needing recharge. I had an extra battery too just in case. It was very convenient to pick up at the airport, connecting it immediately and also the return at different airport. The translator was lagging and slow, not getting the speech properly so frustrating and didn’t use it.

Very handy device, used with 4 connected devices and no problem at all.

Perfect, no issue during my 16 days, and we were 3 people using it. I recommend it.
