Very happy with the service of Japan Wireless. For reference I have used them for 3 different trips this year with family and friends : Osaka/Kyoto, Tokyo and Nagoya. The wifi units were delivered to the airport / hotel on time and were very reliable with fast and continuous internet. Highly recommended.

Easy online booking system, efficient delivery of the data dongle (along with the envelope with which to return it) and very good data speed and device sharing while using the device. Our company has used this service many times, always with a happy user experience.

Every time I go to Japan I always go with Japan wireless as it is convenient and easy to use. They can send the product to your hotel, the airport terminal post office that you're arriving to, etc. Very flexible and convenient.
I also recently made a mistake where I got the dates wrong for my order. I was panicking and was scared I wouldn't be able to receive the pocket wifi on time for my arrival in Japan - got into contact with Japan wireless both through email and phone and they quickly rectified everything for me. My pocket wifi was there on time and they also refunded me as I made another purchase just to make sure I would get my pocket wifi on time for my trip (as it was my mistake that I got the dates wrong in the first place). Everyone was extremely caring and reassuring when I was panicking due to my own mistake. That kind of customer service made me very grateful that I have been using Japan wireless for so many years. 10/10 do recommend.

on my last trip to tokyo i used the japan wireless pocket wifi and was so impressed with its coverage that i bought my brother in law a year subscription for his own pocket wifi because he did not have internet coverage at his home and had limited data package with his cell phone provider.
