Reliable, exact - very good! Next time again. Thanks!

Easy to set up and very reliable throughout my stay

Very convenient and good service.

The device was super easy to pick up (straight next to the exit gate of Narita airport), was charged when I picked it up and ready to go, extremely easy to use even for a tech-idiot like me and after a big jetlag. It worked perfectly during our stay, perfect!

The wifi works very well

Easy to use and good coverage highly reommended

5G mostly everywhere. Super fast. Very reliable

I have never experienced such seamless Internet service while travelling. Just buy Japan wireless unlimited 5G plan without blinking - it works seamless across Japan (even works while you are on Shinkansen bullet trains). I have attended seamless Zoom meetings while being on train.
Kudos to the network provider

Service. First one picked up at airport defective. They delivered new one right away to my hotel. Wifi worked great and lasted a long time without recharge.

Great pocket WiFi.
