Great experience!

Communication and instructions were clear. Having this was a real lifesaver while we were travelling and it was great value for money.

The pocket WiFi works flawlessly during my rental period.

Good WiFi speed, convenient, and very easy to pick up and return.

Seamless process of ordering a wifi pod. Delivered to hotel on time and return process was easy. Service was extremely reliable. I will use Japan Wireless again!

I was in Japan for over two weeks and had no issues at all with the wifi. I travel all over to different areas within Japan and it work perfect. Highly recommend.

Easy to use and very handy

They include a portable battery along with the pocket Wifi. Combined, you'll easily last 10+ hours of continuous use. The signal itself isn't the strongest so whoever's holding the it needs to be nearby others to use it. Other than that, the actual coverage is pretty solid.

Throughout our entire stay in Japan, we had a consistently stable internet connection with Japan Wireless, never experiencing any coverage issues from day one to our departure. We are grateful to Japan Wireless for providing us with such a reliable service, ensuring a positive experience throughout our trip.
