I used a different company’s pocket WiFi last year which had trouble. This year, I asked your staff to set it up at the Haneda airport this year. I enjoyed to use it without any problem. Thank you!

Picked up and returned at the airport. Worked perfect providing wifi our entire trip in multiple cities around Japan.

A very reliable communication tool for our family during 2 week travel in Japan, highly recommended for every traveller to navigate locally!

My family rented the wifi box from Japan wireless and was very happy with the service. They delivered it to our hotel and connecting to it was seamless, signal was strong, the box was very small and the power last all day. When we left Japan everything went inside the envelope they provided and drop off at the airport before entering our departure gate. Highly recommended if you’re traveling to Japan and especially if you with family or small group since multiple devices can connect, not sure up to how many though.

… except in a couple of spots in rural Japan. Also, needed reinitializing a couple of times. Otherwise, it delivered on the promise quite well.

We used this wifi all around Japan - Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Kobe, Toba etc.. and it didn't fail us once. A power pack was included in the package. So handy when you are out all day and need internet connection. Highly recommended
