Pocket WiFi is the best way to stay connected when traveling. The service was easy to order and pick up at the airport. Returning was also easy. I recommend using Japan Wireless.

Very good experience using Japan wireless. We traveled from Tokyo to Kyoto with very good wifi. I recommend this service to everyone, and will definitely be using again.

Very good and easy service. Pocket WLAN was delivered to our first hotel like agreed, worked very well with 2 I-Phones and 2 Notebooks in parallel......after 2 week we have put it in an envelope and send it with normal japanes post back. I can recomment to everybody!

After choosing the plan, upon arriving at the hotel where we asked for the device do be delievered it was already there waiting for us. Set up was straight forward and it has decent speed and coverage was wxcellent as well. Overall it was a good experience.

Reliable and small lightweight wifi. Cost is a little high.

So easy to rent WiFi here! Would get from them again!

Japan Wireless was an easy and efficient way to stay connected while on my trip. Using the device and returning it was seamless. Highly recommend.

It works perfect - also with sharing hotspot for my ipad and 2nd phone
Great!!!

It was fast and reliable internet

It was a compact size, so it was easy to walk around with. The only thing was that the battery could die at the end of the day if you didn’t start with 100%. But that’s why they give the portable battery as well.
