Fast 'Internet even while sitting in the shinkansen
easy to setup easy to return
cheaper than buying 2 esims for 2 person

Highly recommend Japan Wireless. The home delivery was prompt and saved me time at the airport. The WiFi speeds were great throughout my travels, and having the prepaid return envelope included meant I could just drop it in a mailbox before leaving. Truly seamless service!

good network, 10-12 hrs battery life, highly recommeded.

We were pleased with the convenience of picking up the devices at our hotel during check in & having the drop off envelope for the mailbox was nice & easy. We will use Japan Wireless in the future.

This was my second time renting a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless, and once again it exceeded my expectations! I am very satisfied and extremely happy with their service.
The whole process was super easy—from collecting the device to returning it after our trip. The pocket WiFi came with a power bank, which was a huge plus for our family trip around Japan. The internet connection was fast, stable, and reliable almost the entire time. I only had to restart the device twice to reconnect, which was a very small and easily fixable issue.
Having reliable internet made our trip so much smoother and stress‑free. I’ll also be attaching my YouTube video from my first experience with Japan Wireless two years ago, which shows just how consistently great their service has been over time.
I highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone traveling to Japan and looking for dependable, hassle‑free internet. I will definitely continue renting from them in the future!

Easy to reserve, worked well, easy to return.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE OF A PORTABLE WIFI. ATTENTION AND COMMUNICATION WITH ME WAS VERY CLEAR AND KIND. I DO APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE AND HOPE TO USE IT IN THE FUTURE.

Very satisfying of everything

Better than I could have hoped - so glad the reviews weren’t exaggerated. I had the best time and stayed connected superbly throughout my 2 weeks, charging once per day and 1 device worked on 2 phones :)

Great reliable delivery and ease of return.
