The unit was waiting for us in our hotel room. Unit powered up immediately and we were able to use our US phones for voice and text flawlessly.

Delivered to the hotel, easy setup, extra battery (we never needed it, but nice to have), and easy return. Speed, excellent. The only thing I would ask for is confirmation/verification that they received the items back. I guess this request for a review is it. 9.5/10

My family and are from the Philippines and we visited Fukuoka recently for 6 days. We rented a pocket mobile wifi from Japan Wireless and our experience with the product was outstanding! Thank you very much and will use Japan Wireless again in our next trip to Japan!

The power bank they sent didn't last long. I guess if I contacted them they would have changed it, but I managed to make it last.
The service itself was awesome. Didn't lose connection even once and it was really fast. Recommended!

The instructions for the picking up the MiFi at the airport were very easy to follow. Everything was waiting for me. The price was great and I was even able to find a 20% off coupon online. Wi-Fi worked well during my stay in Japan. And returning by just dropping it in a Japan postbox was so very very simple. I highly recommend Japan wireless and would use them again if I were back in Japan.

Reception of Wifi was always connected with no interruptions. Returning the equipment was quick and easy by enclosing into prepaid envelope and dropping off in a postal box.
