Servicio impecable y imprescindible para visitar Japón. Recomendado totalmente

Smooth transaction. Very reliable pocket wifi. ;)

Excellent services!

My flight to Japan was routed to another airport. I emailed Japan Wireless and they arranged for my equipment to be mailed directly to the hotel where I was staying. It was such a relief. The wireless service was very reliable throughout Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Japan Wireless is a top notch company with superb service.

Everything worked great without any problems when receiving the mobile Router in Terminal 3 in Haneda Airport as well as when returning the device by post. Thank you for the perfekt service.

This service was great, the device was ready when I got to the hotel, it had all the right parts and easy to post.

Product worked great no matter where I was in Japan. Easy to pick up and return. Would recommend over an e-sim because of the reliability.

I was able to set up off the plane in less then 5 minutes and worked flawlessly the whole time... I had the unlimited plan and never once saw any throttling. Will use again in the future.
