Great easy to use and no probs

Easy process and it worked well.

Our wireless devices were waiting for us at our first hotel. It was easy to use and the instructions were clear. A real necessity for easy Japan travel.

Provided us with great access to internet throughout our whole trip.

Hello Japan wireless,
thank you again for this amazing product and service. everything was perfect as usual, the only thing was sometimes i had a slow connection, not an issue but more as an observation.

thank you again and see you again next year .

Japan Wireless was a must have for me and my Wife while in Japan! With our phones being locked by carrier due to still being owed and on payment plan, the mobile WiFi was the next option on our agenda. It was super easy to order online and got confirmations within 10-15 min which gave me peace of mind. Once in Japan it was easy to retrieve the mobile WiFi. You exit immigration on level 2, simply go straight and when you reach the information desk look right to see escalators the lead up a floor take them up then once on top it will be a left hand U-turn and you will see a small booth like a kissing booth. They will search your name and get you your package. Speeds were about 175mbps which I downloaded loads of movies with and my wife still was able to use her device to stream her shows.

Been to Japan 4 times and every time Japan-wireless had the best pricing, great products, and even better customer service. I had to delete 1 day from my reservation. Change was completed by email in less than 1 hour.

Nice experience from purchasing, using and asking for assistance. Strong signal as well across all locations visited in Japan. Hope that you provide APN info as part of the setup guideline so we don't have to email it first. Overall good experience

Worth for the money. Thank you Japan Wireless👍

Great service and easy to use and everything is well arranged even the drop off to a mail box
