Easy to order, easy pick-up and return. No downtime. We ised it for 3 devices and we did not have any problem. We will avail this service again when we come back to Japan!

Fast internet works all over Japan

Super reliable connection everywhere in Japan — fast, stable, and easy to use. Always full signal, even outside big cities. Highly recommend!

This was our first time travelling as a family in Japan, and organising our pocket WiFi was so simple. Easy to arrange, it was ready for us when we arrived at the hotel then we only had to post it at the airport when heading back home. It was invaluable having access to WiFi everywhere we travelled. Highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Such a convenient and reliable option.

Ready and easy to use.

Good service!!!!!!!!

Great service, instruction easy to understand and worked even underground. Long battery life, convenient delivery and sending it back was a piece of cake

We put this little device in our backpack during the two weeks of our trip to Japan. There was never a problem and the autonomy was more than enough to cover a day. I recommend it to all those who want to take a quiet trip with access to their emails, the Internet, the city map, etc. 5G coverage is excellent in the country.

Perfekt, perfekt, perfekt
