We had the device for 3 weeks. Great value and we could use both of our phones on the unlimited plan. It's a must if you need directions or want to use translate. We used it for navigation in the car. Clear instructions on how to get it activated. We will definitely go with this
company again.

I will definitely be using this service again. It was so convenient to be able to pick up the device at the airport upon arrival. The internet service was fast and reliable, which was important since I had to work while I was traveling. I highly recommend using Japan-Wireless!

Everything went well! I have no complaints at all. This is the 2nd time I've rented from Japan Wireless and I've always had a good experience.

Pick up was easy at Haneda. Small and easy to carry around. Stayed connected everywhere. Easy drop off to mailbox at Haneda at end of trip. Confirmation of received the day after putting it in mailbox.
