Great connection and easy to setup. Even worked smoothly at Expo 2025, where there were more than 150,000 people inside. The only time I don't have signal is on top of Mt. Hangetsu deck but hey it's expected.

It worked quite well most of the time so I was happy.

This was a good pocket wifi and the connection within Tokyo was very good, even in the subways. When we went to Osaka, however, it was a little bit slower, but still connected. The only somewhat negative thing I noticed about it was that it usually needed to be recharged by late afternoon, even though we would leave our hotel early in the morning with it fully charged. However, we always carried a powerbank, so this was a minor issue. Overall I would say this was a good pocket wifi.

I had issues with activation but it was resolved immediately after contacting support. Ive had this issue with another company before and it would not work. This one ended up activating right after troubleshooting. Not to mention this was the lowest price I found out of all esims (Sally and other popular ones). Happy with my purchase

Rented the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. All in all the device performed very well. Had a few connectivity issues but was quickly resolved with help from the online team. Would definitely recommend.

The rental process was very simple and convenient. I appreciated the prompt delivery to the hotel on the exact day of our arrival. The internet coverage was excellent. The option of returning the device at the airport was very convenient.

Last year, we encountered a minor issue with the delivery of the modem. This year, we made an advance order and were able to collect the modem at Fukuoka Airport upon our arrival. As always, the excellent service and fast internet connection enabled us to navigate Fukouka effortlessly and work remotely at night without any problems.

It was great experience to have this device, easy to use and had no problem at all. The delivery and return was also convenient.
