Really great service. Very easy process.

Worked straight out the box with only a few things to do for us to use it trouble free.

quick and clear order, easy and clear instructions, fast and reliable internet, easy return procedure. best prices in japan. recommend

Good signal! Battery last for one day!

I got the package at kix as promised and then returning via post office. it is very convenience. The speed is satisfying and the battery is long lasting.

This router was very good and the wifi reception didnt lag.
I would recommend this router to others.

It would stop working once in a while but fairly easy to restart. The extra battery pack is always nice to have.

Japan Wireless always good, always prompt and service is seamless. We always use them. Enjoy the JW tourism articles and blog as well.

This was for our trip, the best option to stay connected, long lasting battery, easy to carry and the battery backup help us a lot. The connection always on point, i have no complains about. Highly recommended.

The mobile WiFi was spot on. Spending a little extra for the premium was money well spent as well. It was invaluable in getting around in japan as a tourists. However there are very few random times where the WiFi does not send any signal. At that point a reboot is required. Overall a good experience.
