This pocket WiFi was a life savor. It lasted 7+ hours without charging and kept two iPhones connected the entire trip. The external charging device was useless because it took 4+ hours to charge and didn’t charge the pocket WiFi all the way. So bring your own external battery!

Great & easy to use. Instructions clear.

We use Japan Wireless multiple times annually. We stream video nightly and have never had a problem. We also use it in the car to connect our iPhone for GPS navigation. This is very data intensive. Works great!

good product , acceptable range , good bandwidth and lasts full day no problem.

The extra power bank was very usefull too.

Sim card was delivered to our hotel reception. Once I plugged it into my iPhone, it worked right away. We travelled between Tokyo and past Mt Fuji and we’ve always had network coverage. Saved me a lot of money compared to roaming my Australian celphone line. I recommend the product, and customer support is just as great.

El producto funciona perfectamente, un servicio premium.
Les quería informar que el (extra battery) no vino en el sobre que me mandaron.

The wifi worked well all the time. Pickup from the airport was easy

Great coverage, very reliable and good battery capacity. Used it every day and never needed the included power bank. Pick up and return also were very convenient. 5/5

This is gonna sound like a paid review, but honestly this is the best pocket WiFi solution I've used. No worries about usage limits, excellent battery life, reasonable cost. Coverage was great in the cities – haven't tried outside them.

The prepaid SIM card worked great in my iphone. The configuration took time a little bit (the instruction is not very clear for iphone). Internet speed is good (4G) and stable. 500Mb/day is enough for web browsing, way finding, e-mail checking and even some video.
