Great product, great delivery at my hotel; every thing went nice

We was three user, we've any problem. We travels from tokyo to hiroshima, stopping in lot of touristic city.
Battery Life goes well, we use It from 9 to 18 without any additional charge. When needed, extra power bank included has provider additional power to us

Japan Wireless and the Premium Wi-Fi was awesome! It provided great wifi just about everywhere.
I wish the battery last a little longer but I have several extra batteries with me.

Really happy with the Japan-wireless-pocketwifi. Easy to pick-up, easy to work, fast wifi where ever we went and easy to drop of at mailbox in the airport.

Excellent companion for a tourist traveling in Japan.

Funciono a una buena velocidad en todo momento (salvo algunos restaurantes subterraneos) y la bateria externa es un detalle valioso para estar en todo momento conectado. Gran servicio

Everything worked like clockwork, excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent product. Easy to use and carry. Never faulted and stayed connected at every location. Definitely would recommend this product when travelling to Japan.

Life saver!

Japan Wireless was very good about reaching me before my trip to make sure that I would be able to pick up the unit at the Post Office. They thought it would be best to change the location due to limited business hours of my chosen Post Office on the weekend. I appreciated that.
The reason for only 4.5 stars is due to them not letting me know that they got their unit back.
