Japan Wireless was very good about reaching me before my trip to make sure that I would be able to pick up the unit at the Post Office. They thought it would be best to change the location due to limited business hours of my chosen Post Office on the weekend. I appreciated that.
The reason for only 4.5 stars is due to them not letting me know that they got their unit back.

This was a great little package which suited my needs while traveling through Japan. Would easily recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan that needs to use the internet for travel information, especially if you have very little or no grasp of the language at all.

Trully unlimited, we didnt have any problem. We use Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, two Videocalls, and they speed never let us down. An amazing service, will use it again.

The wifi box worked really well to enable all kinds of internet communications wherever we were in Japan.

I used this Device throughout my stay in Japan. Traveled from Tokyo all the way to Ōsaka with daily use. The speed was fast and reliable. A few times it was slow in Osaka but not too bad. My only complaint is that the battery of the device does not last the 10 hours of use as advertised. Maybe every 4 hours or so I had to plug it in on charge more. They did provide a portable battery pack to use but it would of been nice if I could of used it all day on one charge. I started everyday at 100% and just let it in my bag.

The internet connection is fast and reliable in Tokyo. The only downside is, it didn't work for me in Hakone.
