Great service! It was ready to collect from hotel when we arrived and worked perfectly the whole time. I would recommend this to everyone travelling to Japan!

I had no problem with internet whatsoever. The only downside was having to carry the portable wifi as well as the portable charger (along with your own cell phone) so it does get heavy when you carry them everywhere. I still highly recommend getting it for a group of 3 or more. Even for 2 people, it may be worth it. Just take turns carrying them lol

Easy to order and return. Worked great everywhere we went in Japan. I give it 4 stars only because the battery bank came apart but it still worked.

This is my second time renting from
Japan wireless! Retrieving the wifi unit was easy and painless. The until worked great everywhere we went and speeds were always good. The value is head and shoulders above many other mobile wifi providers.

perfect

Second time using the same service. Really practical service!

No problem from the start till the end of the journey. Fast and reliable

The pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. The WiFi coverage was great atleast in Tokyo area. WiFi worked flawlessly and did not drop a single time.

excellent

Outstanding product, easy to arrange from Australia, worked to perfection throughout the 21 days journey. Thanks Japan Wireless foe the opportunity this device gave me and my family the support to navigate to where I wanted to be in Japan.
Cheers
