We used the Japan Wireless service on our recent trip to Japan. It easily connected our two phones and an ipad no problems for unlimited internet while we were there and easy to use GPS and wifi on our phones to get around super easy. The only time that we didn't have it work 100% was when we were underground in some places but by the whole fantastic reception and so fast it was quicker than our home internet connection in Australia.

Loved the pocket wifi! It was super easy to use, from pick-up to drop-off. Had great wifi coverage throughout our trip and made traveling so much easier. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent coverage all over Japan. Very easy to use and the extra battery is a plus.

Very useful!

Great connection, easy to maintain throughout the trip for a solo traveller who only had needs for a smarthphone. Battery runs low after about 8 hours, as expected, but the powerbank that comes with the package is handy. Second time using Japan Wireless, so far a reliable and value for money choice.

Great coverage. It really came in handy during our recent trip especially helping us get around. Would definitely recommend this!

very useful for this trip. no problems in all the period we had it

Product delivered to my hotel and helped me navigate Tokyo using google maps - could not have managed to find stations, trains, station exits and of course roads!
Good value and excellent service so many thanks

Amazing device. We were on a 2 week tour across Japan and it helped a lot to find specific locations and get around easy with Google maps. Would highly recommend!

We travelled around Japan for two weeks in April.
I cannot imagine doing this without our pocket WiFi. Never lost connection and fast data transfer.
