Easy to reserve,no hassle pick up. Picked the unlimited plan pocket wifi and no throttling at all. Used them 3 times already and will continue using them in the future.

I was able to stay connected for 10 days wherever I went in Japan.
Pick-up and drop-off are very easy, no hassle.
This was my 2nd trip and their service worked without any hitch.

Connection and speed was very good for the most part. Battery life was plenty for a whole day.
However, found it difficult to find the pick up outlet in Kansai Airport. The map provided was so confusing.
I highly recommend this to anyone travelling and needing wifi in Japan.

It’s my second time to purchase an eSIM from Japan wireless, this time for a trip to Fukuoka. Before I left for the trip, I printed out the eSIM QR code. As soon as I arrived at their airport, I connected first to the airport wifi to activate the eSIM and it worked immediately! Didn’t experience disconnections or slowing of connection at any time while traveling around Fukuoka. I highly recommend that you try using Japan wireless eSIM if you travel to Japan.
