The device worked really well. Good customer service.

Easy to activate once I landed in Tokyo. Had consistent 4G and 5G connections to the carrier au (owned by KDDI). Fast speeds on my iPhone throughout Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. Stable connections in congested areas, under the subway, and on the Shinkansen. It was more reliable than some of my hotel WiFi. I was able to use SurfShark to VPN back to the States to watch shows on Hulu/HBO and use SiriusXM while connected. I could maintain good quality video calls on Discord, FaceTime, and Google Meets.

Product was great and easy to use. Awesome if you dont have an unlocked phone.

The entire experience of renting Unlimited premium WiFi was great. Everything from pick-up, use, and return went smoothly. We traveled a large part of Japan, from Tokyo to Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Shirakawa, Kanazawa, Matsumoto, Nagano, Nikko Utsunomiya and back to Tokyo. The internet worked everywhere and without restrictions.I would choose it again.

Everything was perfect. The connection was good. Highly recommended.

Easy to use and to send back.
Nice to find it directly at the hotel.

No hemos tenido ningún problema durante nuestros 15 días en Japón. La batería y conexión siempre fue excelente. Nos dieron el dispositivo en el aeropuerto de Haneda en cuestión de segundos y desde entonces, todo fue bien. Un gran servicio.

Get it, switch on and use it; three weeks it works every day from the early morning to the late evening and supplied the connection to Internet for two smartphones; reliably all over the country; great

Brilliant, affordable and reliable - from Okinawa to Niigata.
Highly recommended.

It’s easy to use, wifi is good
