You didn't have any probekm with the pocket wifi. The pickup instructions was clear and the return really easy to execute.
I took a pocket wifi because my phone can't use a eSIM but an eSIM is clearly more accessible and easier (I took one for my wife).

This transaction went smoothly and trouble free. The product worked great and I had no problems during the trip. I went to the wrong kiosk at the airport, but everything worked out eventually. Thank you for making my experience in Japan that much better!

Extremely easy to use!

It worked wonderfully and seamless Ly even remote places we did not had any problem and the entire process of having the unit and return is hassle free if you are traveling to Japan don’t look for any other wireless company than Japan wireless. I recommend it for everyone

Am a returning customer - consistent and fast WIFI service, very convenient pick up and drop off. Appreciate the detailed instructions (down to the stamped return envelope) from the Japan Wireless team. Very good option for families or groups with multiple devices for connection needs.

Worked perfectly fine in Tokyo/Yokohama, Fukuoka, Nagasaki and Okinawa (southern part of main island).

Although pricy, it has great connection to all devices and easy to use. I travelled to the Alps region and the connection didnt fail. Although there's a need (happened twice in 19 days) to restart the device.

8th time i use JapanWireless while in Japan and it's always best thing i've ever tried! Will use for sure next time i will come back in Japan! 5/5 star!
