Was easy to connect to pocket WiFi and had no problems staying connected thru WiFi very usefull when directions required to locate places to find one device allows many devices to stay connected to internet

A perfect little WIFI. Gone well in battery and have had always a strong connection. No problems occurred and easy to handle. Collecting and giving back super easy.

Good device

My friends and I stayed in Japan for about two weeks and had NO issues at all with this pocket wifi or the company. I loved my stay in Japan and am very glad I picked Japan-Wireless as my pocket wifi provider. The internet speed was VERY fast, and we were able to use our phones and laptops simultaneously with no lag time in speed. Japan-Wireless made the rental very seamless and stress-free, with their fast communication and replies.

Trust me, you won't regret using this company for your trip. All you have to do is pick up the pocket wifi from the airport, turn the device on, charge it every night for all day usage (pack a battery bank to be safe, in case it runs out during the day; they even offer you a battery bank!), and return it at the airport/any mailbox in Japan. So seamless and easy!

This router worked for me in the Hokuriku and Lake Biwako areas of Japan and I was satisfied with its performance and area coverage.

Absolutly necessary and very easy to use!

We picked up the hotspot at Narita airport. The location of the post office was confusing since it was my first time in Japan but it worked out fine. We couldn't have enjoyed the trip more with the ability to research places to visit and restaurants to try out. We will definitely rent again during our next visit.

Couldn't have survived without it. Easy to set up, easy delivery and drop off. If I could give it 19 stars I would.
