Easy and convenient all around. Delivered to hotel and we dropped off pre addressed package at a Lawsons. Small and one day we forgot to charge, we had the battery pack to use. Awesome!

Easy to order, easy to use, pickup and drop off was convenient. I would definitely use this service and product again!

Reliable device and easy setup. But need to reset the device after Mount Fuji trip.

Really easy to order, use and return and was a cost effective way to use map apps and search the internet out and about in Japan. Recommend.

Had no problem . Easy to use . Very effective

All the process was easy, fast and perfect! I will recomand you to all

Worked perfectly for the entire week in Tokyo and Hiroshima.

The service was smooth from the word go - booking it, the communication that followed, the pick-up and the convenient drop off. The connectivity was vast and consistent too. It kept us steadily connected across our trip on the Honshu island. Highly recommend.

What could be better is the wires that came with the device, they would loosen up when put to charge to any plug point, including the portable charger that comes along with it. Just a tad over-used.

Great service, easy to order/use and superb battery life.

Excellent WiFi service. The speed is so fast. Very usefull thing during travel time
