Great service. Come with pouch, charger, powerbank and return envelope. Easy touse and excellent value for money.

Very good coverage. Be sure to lookup how to reset, only had to once in two weeks. Battery drains quickly with three people. I let it get to about 25% depleted then just left it plugged into the spare in my backpack. Good idea to have an extra for all your devices.

Excelent internet option fast, reliable and very easy to use ideal for family travel.

Japan Wireless kept us totally connected as we traveled across the country. The service was easy to use, easy to connect, and easy to pick up and return. We were 100% happy with the service.

Signal is really strong anywhere you go.
Very useful.

Worked really well! Did not run out of battery as quickly as the pocket WiFi I rented in Paris with a different company.

Worked great, just make sure you use the battery backup.

It works as advertised! A must have, worth the value

I’m so glad I chose Japan Wireless for the pocket wifi while in Japan. They had the best pricing and didnt have any problem with the device.
We highly recommend them!

The mobile Wi-Fi unit was delivered to my hotel in Tokyo and was given to me when I checked in at the hotel. The unit was easy to use and worked flawlessly.
