Reliable, fast and genuinely no throttling.

The pocket wifi we rented from Japan Wireless worked really well. It was waiting for us at our Kyoto Hotel which although was expected, was still nice to have. Battery lasted almost the whole day!

Worked perfectly fine all the time during our stay in Japan for 11 days.

The service and process for collection and drop off was simple an easy. The wi-fi service was perfect. Would highly recommend this service when travelling in Japan.

It was delivered to the hotel, it is really easy to use, and even though it can last a full day, the backup battery was very useful when we forgot to charge it..
I'm not sure why I didn't do this on previous visits to Japan.

I was supposed to get the pocket wifi sold by the tour operators in the UK but they all had a maximum limit of 7G and when I stumbled upon this unlimited wifi, it was a life saver. 3 gadgets were connected to it for the whole time and it was still fast. The battery will don't last the whole day but they give you extra charger so make sure you charge the extra charger. You won't last travelling in Japan without the wifi since the a lot of the signs are not in English.

We had no problems. The Pocket Wi-Fi was waiting for us at the hotel. Four of us connected our devices to it, and it almost always lasted the whole day. The few times it didn't, the spare battery came in handy. When we left, it was easy to drop off the package at a mail box 〒. Would definitely use Japan Wireless again.

It's was a nice experience, we always stayed connected! Sometimes we just have to restart the device, but just twice in 11 days. The battery life was awesome! Tks a lot!
