I only can say that everything was perfect. Received product on time, the wifi worked all the day without problems and very easy to return the product. Battery last almost all the day.

Fast internet, lasts all day (never had to use the external battery), and easy pick up and drop off

Very good reception of the signal during all my trip everywhere in Tokyo.

I've used this rental company 3 times now. Very fast delivery. Great mobile wifi routers and fast speed. The speed will drop in very crowded touristy areas but usually very much reliable. Highly recommended.

This unit was easy to set up and worked perfectly. I had a question, and their response was quick and accommodating--good communication. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Really good Website , Only payment by creditcard not possible

A really simple service to order and all at a great price

It works great, but a bit big with the battery pack!

For a Trip to Japan this is must get if you have data needs. It was fast and reliable and the whole family got a lot of use.

We used it during our trip in Japan last June and it is just amazing. Easy to set up, efficient, reliable, extremely useful. An absolute must, much more efficient than a sim card. its not cheap, but its worth every penny.
