Simple process and product worked as described. Pickup and drop-off at Airport was very convenient.

Even though I had my own phone with my own Internet this is a must have in Japan as it allows you better access and unlimited data

I would highly recommend this in fact we got 2 devices for our family so that we could split up

Air France managed to mess up the connecting flight and we arrived a day later at the other airport. Wireless Japan was quick to react and send us the device timely to the other airport. The service worked perfectly and the internet connection was stable and fast.

I had a fantastic experience with Japan Wireless. When I got to the airport (Narita), it was super easy to pick up my WiFi (it was just waiting for me at the post office). Everything I needed was inside the envelope, including a return envelope, which was awesome as I don't speak Japanese and would have had a hard time figuring that part out by myself.

I used it every day for almost two weeks. The battery life was pretty good, it would last most of the day on a single overnight charge, and again, I was using it fairly extensively. It was definitely a must-have while I was in Japan, as I traveled to some more rural areas that didn't have as many English speakers. : )

I would definitely rent a WiFi here again—the service was fast and friendly, and the device worked perfectly. All in all a great experience.

At the first moment we thought that have wifi would be a big mistake since you can connect for free in several places in japan, but when we started to travel we realized the real benefit, we never got lost, some places are a little bit far from city so this was the best option we could have taken. We had connection all the trip, this has an aditional battery for free that it's a plus compare with other companies.

It was very reliable specially the powerbank that comes along with it to give you an all-day & night fast internet access! Will rent again next time we visit japan! Also, let's not forget, hands down to their customer support they are really nice and easy to talk to.

Definitely recommend this! The wifi speed was excellent and we used with many devices as we travelled as a big group. Compact and easy to carry around too. We made an error for the pickup location and the customer service team were very efficient and helpful.

This is the 4th time I rent from Japan Wireless. The entire rental process is hassle free and the connectivity is fantastic. Highly recommend.
