I had a hard time to set up the APN for my eSim while i was visiting Japan, I went to japan wireless office in Tokyo, staff and technician were so friendly, they fixed my issue. thank you

Easy to pick up and return. Great coverage. Appreciate battery and adapter.

The only problem was to find the location of n.e.s.t. pick up point, everything else was quite simple and convenient: devices worked well, wifi reception is perfect almost everywhere in Japan, easy to return by post in the provided envelope.

It turned out that many Japanese people were able to speak or at least understand English language compared to our previous visit eight years ago, so we hardly used the translator.

Did not experience any lost signal in Tokyo.

Everything was seamless. The WiFi worked great! I have no complaints. Will definitely use again when I’m Japan

The WiFi was easy to setup and allowed my children to use their devices during the entire trip. It was even better than the hotel WiFi service.

Excellent. It was an easy process.

Very easy to find and setup. Great to use and was such a lifesaver

It worked pretty well, even in the countryside. The extra battery was a plus. Very easy to receive it and return it at the airport. I'll definitely recommend for travel in Japan.

We used a Japan Wireless Pocket wifi during a three weeks stay in Japan: excellent connectivity, easy to use, fair price... Thank you!
