It’s a must to have when in Japan! Good WiFi connection 24/7 and very helpful customer service! Would get from them again when I come back to Japan! Highly recommended! Thank you for the service!

Great service

Excellent

My boyfriend and I used this thing a lot when we went to Japan! Especially useful for navigation purposes or if you quickly want to check for information.
The battery lasted more than a day with continued use. Perfect!

Excellent coverage as we moved around from Tokyo to Hakone to Kyoto and back.
Pickup and drop off location is convenient and instruction is really easy to follow.

Not the first time I book with this company and always superb service! They just contacted me to change delivery to the specific terminal where my flight lands.
