The whole process was very smooth. I booked online, picked it up at the post office in Narita Airport and used the device for my 10 days in Japan. It worked really great and we always had connectivity wherever we went, including at our AirBNB. The battery life was amazing! We actually never had to use the external battery that came with the package since the device lasted all day.

Customer service is also great, and very accommodating. We extended our rental period, which was very easy to do. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect WiFi connection 24/7

I used this for 8 days while visiting Japan, traveled around several cities and never loose reception.

We ordered the wifi in Canada and picked up in Japan. It was waiting for us in the hotel already when we arrived. Never lost any signal and enough to share within 4 of us all the time. Have to carry the spare battery as need to replace in the middle of the day. But in general, a very reliable company and very good service. Bound to rent it again when we visit Japan in the future.

Many thanks for the wife router & for your excellent after sale service. It is greatly appreciated.

We had a small issue in pickup with some cables missing, this was quickly resolved and the divide was flawless

This pocket wifi was great to have on our recent trip to Japan. It was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and we dropped it into a mailbox at the airport as we left. Couldn't be simpler! It made negotiating the transport system so much easier. We could also google to find good restaurants and things to see during our travels. There were three of us logged on to it most of the time. Coverage was excellent and it was so easy to set up and use. Would thoroughly recommend this service.

Repeat customer, using it for second time on my upcoming trip to Osaka.
On my previous trip, I found it to very easy to use with convenient pick and drop off which is why I’m using Japan Wireless again on this second trip.

As a Canadian 1st time traveling alone in Japan! The pocket wifi save me time, worries and misunderstanding
LOVE IT

Easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. Worked great everywhere we went.
